Posts from riders on BRAP

Not every day ends with a long ride. Sometimes you just want to ask a question, share a thought, tell people about a road, or see what other riders are talking about. BRAP posts give the motorcycle community a simple place for those conversations.

Read and write posts in the app, not on this website.

A feed built around riders

Rider posts in BRAP aren't an editorial motorcycle blog. The posts come directly from riders — short, personal, and without a curated selection of “best stories” from the BRAP team.

The home feed includes a “Community Posts” section with the author, avatar, text, time, likes, and comments. The full feed lives on a separate “Posts” screen. Your own posts are collected in your profile; other riders' posts appear on their profiles when they're visible to you.

It's live content from the motorcycle community inside the app, not an article feed on brap-app.com.

Say what you want to share with the motorcycle community

Tried a new ride? Have thoughts about a particular motorcycle? Want to ask other riders something or just share how your season went? Write a post.

The format is intentionally simple: text only, up to 1,000 characters. No photos, videos, hashtags, or polls — write a thought, publish it, discuss it. Advice in posts reflects individual riders' opinions, not verified instructions from BRAP.

If you want to save the kilometers after a ride rather than a paragraph, use GPS ride tracking. A post is for what you still want to put into words.

Choose who can see your post

Want to share something with the whole community? Publish it for everyone. Writing for your own circle? Choose friends.

Everyone

All riders on BRAP can see it. The post appears in the community feed — useful for a thought, question, or story you want to share more widely.

Friends

Only your accepted friends can see it. This isn't a promise of secrecy from the wider internet; it's an in-app visibility setting. People who aren't your friends won't see the post.

Likes and comments

A post isn't a note tucked away in a drawer. Other riders can like it or leave a text comment. Comments appear in one list, without nested reply threads.

You can delete your own post — its likes and comments will disappear with it. Published text can't be edited: if you want to reword it, delete the old post and publish a new one.

A motorcycle community even when you are not riding

Not every rider has a 365-day motorcycle season. In winter, in the rain, or while your bike is in the garage, you can still open BRAP and see what other riders are talking about.

Not every day is a riding day

Rides can pause. The motorcycle community doesn't.

Rain? Winter? Motorcycle in the shop? The BRAP motorcycle community is still here — read other riders' posts or write your own.

Rain outside, bike in the garage, or season already over? Open the community posts. See what other riders are talking about, discuss motorcycles, share your experience, or simply leave a thought. When you're ready to get together again, plan your next ride.

From a post to a new riding buddy

A rider is more than a dot on the map. A post shows how someone thinks about riding, motorcycles, or the season. Read a post → open the author's profile → add them as a friend → start talking → plan a ride together.

If you want to find people nearby on the map, find other riders. If you want a regular circle with its own chat, use motorcycle groups. The social side of the app comes together in the BRAP motorcycle community.

Posts are part of BRAP, not a separate social network

There's no need to switch between a riding app and a separate platform for conversation. BRAP stays useful when you're riding, planning, reading other riders, chatting — and when the motorcycle is sitting in the garage.

The post feed lives alongside the map, friends, and ride plans. It's where motorcyclists can talk in the same app they already use to ride together.
