Upcoming motorcycle events in one place

A major motorcycle festival, a local rally, a charity ride, morning coffee in a parking lot, or a group ride — motorcycle events come in many forms. BRAP puts them in the same place where riders already are.

Event posters are usually scattered across Instagram posts, Stories, club chats, and forums. If someone forwards one to you, great. If not, an event can pass you by even when it is happening only a hundred kilometers away.

Instead of waiting for someone to drop a poster into a chat, open Events in BRAP and see what is coming up.

The event list has two tabs: “All” for everything added by the community, and “My” for events you have already joined. Public events also appear on the map and among upcoming items in the feed.

Motorcycle festivals and rallies in Ukraine

BRAP can include major motorcycle festivals and rallies as well as small local rider meetups. The app does not use separate event types — they are all events, with their scale and purpose described by the person who created them. Below are some common reasons riders create events.

  • Motorcycle festivals

Multi-day events with a program, stage, and camping.

  • Motorcycle rallies

From large rallies to weekend gatherings of several clubs.

  • Season opening and closing events

Spring season kickoffs and autumn season closings.

  • Motorcycle club meetups

Club gatherings and open meetups for guests.

  • Local meetups

Coffee in a parking lot, an evening ride, or a gathering in your city.

  • Group rides

An event with a meeting point and an optional destination.

  • Themed rides

Charity rides, memorial rides, and other reasons to get together.

Motorcycle season opening and closing events

Spring season openings and autumn closing events are some of the most noticeable dates in the motorcycle community calendar. Every region has its own traditions: in one city it may be a large ride through town, in another a meetup at a fuel station followed by a ride outside the city.

Looking for this year’s season opening or the next closing event? Check the motorcycle calendar in BRAP.

Organizing one yourself? Add the event in advance. Riders can see the date and meeting point and tap “Going”, while you can see how many people plan to attend.

Not every event has to be a big festival

A motorcycle season is not made only of events announced six months in advance. More often it is coffee at 9 AM, an evening ride to the waterfront, a club meetup on Saturday, or a ride to the next city.

An event does not need a thousand attendees. Sometimes “Coffee at 9:00 — who’s in?” is enough.

Creating that kind of event takes about a minute: add a name, time, and map point. BRAP does not organize the meetup or bring people there — riders do that themselves. The app simply gives the event a place where interested riders can find it.

Create your own motorcycle event

Cannot find the event you need? Create your own.

  1. 1. Create an event

In the Events tab, tap “+”.

  2. 2. Add a name and description

Program, what to bring, route details — anything participants should know.

  3. 3. Set the date and time

Choose one start date and the exact meeting time.

  4. 4. Mark the meeting point

Drop a point on the map or search by address. You can also add a destination.

  5. 5. Add a poster

Choose an image from your gallery — it becomes the cover of the event card.

  6. 6. Choose who can see it

“Everyone” or “Friends only”. You can also choose whether to add yourself as a participant.

  7. 7. Publish

The event appears in the list, on the map, and in the feed. You can edit, finish, or delete it later.

After publishing, riders can tap “Going”, you can see the participant list with nicknames and avatars, and the event has its own chat so questions about time, place, and the route do not get scattered across private messages. You can share the event link anywhere, and it can open in a browser even for someone who has not installed BRAP yet.

Plans change, so you can edit the event, mark it as finished after it happens, or delete it.

Add an event that already exists

Know about a festival, rally, or season opening that is missing from BRAP? Add it to the calendar so other riders can find it.

There is no separate “organizer” field: your profile will appear as the person who posted the event. That does not make you the official organizer, so clearly state who is running the event in the description and include a link to the original source. Do not publish someone else’s posters or copy without permission — BRAP administrators may remove the event.

If you are the organizer, even better: the event appears where riders are already looking, and you can answer participant questions in the event chat.

A motorcycle calendar built by the community

A major festival has advertising. A meetup of twenty riders in a small town may have nothing more than a message in a local chat. BRAP gives those smaller events another place where motorcyclists can discover them.

From major events to local meetups across Ukraine. There is no guaranteed audience: how many people see an event depends on how many nearby riders use the app. But an event that is never published cannot gather anyone; one that is published at least has a chance.

The motorcycle community builds the calendar itself: events are added by riders, motorcycle groups, and motorcycle clubs. To see which riders are currently nearby, use Riders nearby.

An event or your own ride?

An event is a meetup with a date, location, and participant list: a festival, rally, or gathering. Depending on its visibility, all users or only your friends can see it and join.

Planning your own ride rather than an event? Use the ride planner. It does not create an event in the calendar; it simply shows that you are heading out at a certain time today and can notify friends or groups. Want to talk about an event in your own words and photos? Write a post.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I find a motorcycle events calendar for Ukraine?

Past and upcoming public events are in the calendar on this page. The Events tab in the BRAP app also shows events available to your account.

What motorcycle events can I find in BRAP?

Yes. In the Events tab, tap “+”, add a name and description, choose a date and time, mark the meeting point on the map, and optionally add a poster and destination. Any BRAP user can create an event.

Can I add a festival or rally that already exists?

Yes. Events are not limited to official organizers. However, there is no separate organizer field either: your profile appears as the person who posted it, so identify the real organizer in the description. Do not publish other people’s posters or copy without permission — BRAP administrators may remove the event.

Where can I see the next motorcycle rallies?

Choose a month in the web calendar on this page, or open the Events tab in the BRAP app. Public events also appear on the app map and in its feed.

Does BRAP include motorcycle season opening and closing events?

Users can add season opening and closing events to BRAP. The current list depends on what the community has published in the calendar.

Does BRAP list every motorcycle event in Ukraine?

No. The calendar is built from events added by riders. If a festival or rally is missing, a BRAP user can add it.

Can I view motorcycle events on the website?

Yes. This page has a calendar of past and upcoming public events. Open an event to see its details. Private events are not shown on the website.

Who can see an event I create?

The author chooses: “Everyone” makes it visible to all BRAP users, while “Friends only” limits it to your friends. A friends-only event does not open publicly in a browser even with a direct link.
